Mortgage rates for a Thirty year fixed mortgage fell 1 basis points from 3.57% to 3.56% on Monday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.

The Thirty year fixed mortgage rate on May 20, 2013, is up 23 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 3.33% and up 7 basis points from the average rate of 3.49% from three months ago.
